put this up mostly for historic value and for me to use as a reference.
I did this b/c someone was making a Luffy model of their own and was wondering how I went about making mine. A few wires from Luffy back before it was really completed....so as such the edge loops are a bit screwey and it flows oddly, especially on the side....then again its just for informative purposes. This is, in the historical sense of progression Before I attahced his head to his body Before I shrunk the scar Before any serious texture work Before the rigorous process of mesh cleaning that I've been doing recently (fixing edge loop flow, etc) Incidentally this mesh should have all quads and no 3 sided or n-sided polys The final mesh...which is scene file 33 I believe (this one goes up to 22 I think), is in this 4 shot at [link] as well as a Luffy only shot at [link] He was made overall in probably 3 days of off and on working. Oh yeah..this image is massive so if you want to see the detail just letting you know beforehand (its made of a whole bunch of screencaps sewn quickly in photoshop) Any ways...thats all folks |
